The rooms are OK but small. The bathroom could use a towel rack and perhaps a shelf. The on-site restaurant was very good. The location is convenient.

Pretty good hotel in convenient location
Very convenient hotel for visits to Saugerties/HITS. Surprising quiet rooms given the proximity to the highway. Hotel has clearly not been refurbished in a long time. For the price i would have expected a coffee maker in the room. There was a magic marker (I think) stain on the sheets (which were otherwise clearly freshly laundered). Management is very nice and do their best to keep the property clean and running smoothly.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy or stay. The rooms were not clean (hair in the bathroom) and the AC/vent smelled like mold. It was not a good experience.

I enjoyed the pool. The sauna was great. It wasn’t a bad stay. The room was decent. Location is good. I had stayed there years before it was newer back then. Towels were new. Staff was friendly. The coffee was good by the front ice machine was handy. My room was quiet. I think it was OK. Good for the budget minded traveler I would probably stay again.

Bathrooms out of order in coffee shop. No in-room coffee. Carpet in room old and dirty. Chair in room torn. Parking was convenient. Location convenient to Woodstock - Saugerties and highway. Place needs a severe face lift to continue to compete with Holiday Inn across the street.

枕头质量太差了，WiFi也形同虚设。我们办理入住时，前台那位女士竟然认不出我的温德姆会员身份。当我问她是否可以换成两张双人床的房间时，她竟然要额外收费，尽管当时已经很晚了，空房间也很多。唉，再也不会住这家了。
我通常不写评论，但这家酒店真的需要好好改进一下。我因为要去附近参加婚礼，所以只住了一晚，但就这个价格来说，我立刻就后悔了。我们订这间房只是为了晚上有个地方睡觉，但看到一只像臭虫一样的虫子爬到我的枕头上后，我根本睡不着。我整晚都痒得睡不着，感觉身上好像有虫子在爬。我一开始以为是自己想多了。但回家后，我发现额头、腿和背上都被虫子咬了，开始发痒肿胀。房间很不干净，需要翻新。浴室里有明显的霉斑和水渍，墙壁、床单和装饰床上用品上也都是污渍。如果你注重干净整洁，那这家酒店绝对不适合你。入住和退房都很方便，工作人员在我们有限的几次接触中也还算友好，但我以后绝对不会再考虑入住豪生酒店了。
