Carpet is gross and the room smells awful. There are big black spots that look like throw-up down the hall and in the room. The staff would not clean my room / floors unless I had been there 14 days, nor would they let me borrow a vacuum or mop. My stay was 12 days. The front entry was not mopped or cleaned during the entirety of my stay.

The room was shaking with a loud noise every night over and over I first thought it was an earthquake and panic . Then I was told it's the laundry room. Stayed one week no one came to clean the room or give us towels . Front desk they weren't friendly either .

No Good
Room was dirty. The bathroom had an odor of sewage, the bed sheet had a blood stain. Reserved the room for 2 but was missing a secondary pillow. The office chair had a noticeable white stain. The shower head couldn't even stay in place, had tape around to somehow magically hold it together. All these issues could easily be fixed. The breakfast grab and go didn't even have a good selection, only wrapped muffins, breakfast bars and coffee out of a gas station.
