Issues at check in. Found the staff member quite condescending, blaming me, I had already paid in full prior to arrival!.
My card was allegedly denied, had no problems anywhere else, 2nd card denied. Logged onto Internet banking no issues, tried again with original card and surprise it went through ok. I’ve informed fraud team just to be on the safe side.
How about not blaming customers when there was clearly an issue at front desk whatever that may have been.

Ac was great in my room, my room was clean, the evening front desk clerk was very unhappy and zero friendly. Daytime staff was great.

Very clean, modern rooms. No carpet so amazing for guests with allergies. Showers were spacious which is very important to me. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free and very accessible. Laundry services were affordable, especially as laundromats were not readily available nearby. Only issues were dryer can be upgraded and the pool was on the smaller side but does stay open till midnight which is great. Overall 8/10 experience.

I only gave it a 2, instead of a 1, out of respect for the 2 women working the front desk at night and in the morning. My room smelled like urine when I walked in. The entire room was damp including the sheets and blankets. The water smelled like sewer water. Everything was terrible. The girls at the desk were welcoming and did their job properly and was no fault of their own. Do not recommend.

Great stay . Breakfast bar needs work
The hotel has under gone significant repairs and remodeling since the last hurricane. We were there last year and the rooms have since been remodeled. The beds are very comfortable and the room itself is nice.
The only issue is their breakfast bar. Very little options and both waffle makers were broken the week we stayed. There is need for improvement here.

He have great time in the hotel, we had to stay around the hospital and it was confortable and clean

Sugar ants in my room. Then got into my truck when I left. Had to clean out my entire truck.
