Doors are not insulated well. I heard everything that happened in the hallway. Polyester sheets, really? The absolute worst and the beds are the main reason people pay for hotel rooms. Terrible nights sleep the actual beds were horrible too. If I’m ever in the area again I’m going to check out the Hampton next door.

Amazing Staff!!!!
They rooms were great and the front desk service was second to none. Shelby was able to have me a room ready before check in with just one phone call. I highly recommend choosing Spark by Hilton for any of your stays in the area. I definitely will!!!!!!

It was a very clean hotel stay, staff were very friendly. Room was very nice and comfortable. Water pressure could have been better, along with hot water. It till a long time for hot water to get warm on the second floor.

Terrible! Staff rude and unhelpful. Loud. Work trucks park in HC parking and take up multiple spaces. Hotel will not honor reservations and will cancel week of a big weekend only to reopen availability last minute for inflated prices. Beware and don't take the chance. Used to be a shady motel but they painted it and trying to make it more than it is. (You can't put lipstick on a pig and make it fancy - still a pig!) Multiple Hilton properties in area doing the same shady practices on big event weekends. I had a reservation from July 2025 and they cancelled mine and many others the week of my reservation in sept. Town was sold out so no other options had to book in Lufkin 30 mi away. Stay away.

Okay so I will start off by saying it’s clean. No bugs no nasty rooms. It’s very cheaply done honestly that doesn’t matter to me since it’s clean and safe. The bathroom tubs were peeling and didn’t really drain. The breakfast was bagels, muffins, cereal, and dried powder made omelets. It’s free so I ate it lol. Not saying anything bad just wanting to let someone know if you’re trying to figure out where to stay so you know what you’re getting!

Front desk clerk had trouble locating keys for locked soda refrigerators, not much of a fitness center, equipment-wise, pool a little green in color….otherwise ok

Check-in was easy. First room had wet floor. Quickly moved to another room with no issues. Breakfast was very limited.
我在预订时要求订一间相连的房间。我有一个有特殊需要的女儿。我问接待员我需要待在我女儿附近；她只能在别人的帮助下才能行走。他告诉我他对此无能为力。无需付出任何努力就能找到将房间放在一起的解决方案。
清洁工作做得很好，房间也很好，但是体验很糟糕，我们停电了两个小时。
