I was not able to change booking date on phone with customer service at facility, and struggled to reach ******* to make changes to accommodations.
Weather kept me from traveling. Guest services at facility informed me only way to adjust is to contact *******. Your company received an easy $80.00 dollars for I did not check in at hotel.

The Room was in Good condition and all of the staff I engaged with were courteous and helpful. The tub enclosure showed signs of wear and I noted that there seemed to be places were the liner 'might' have been punctured (?) but when I checked it seemed that the holes were water tight and ok. I did mentioned this during checkout and the staff member noted it for followup. The Hot Tub was not functional & The Pool area seemed too dark to swim in the early morning. Perhaps the light switch was there but could not find it. The Breakfast selections were ok, but not what I was expecting. Sausage links w/tater tots and cold hard boiled eggs. Again these were OK just not expected.

Gas ****** and they kept my ID so I got to figure that out I kind of motel and now I don't have ID so I got to call them people can somebody help me out please I'm not send me to a website

Property was recently refurbished and looks very nice. Room was clean.
Breakfast was the same all 3 days of my stay. waffles, sausage patty and tater tots every day.
Overall this hotel is a very good value and I would stay there again.

Not a child friendly environment. We had two calls and were told to "control our children" even though they werent even doing anything but walking around to get their dinner in the room the first time and then laying in bed watchinh cartoons the next day. Not good food for the breakfast either as the tater tots were dry and the sausage burnt. Was kept up from midnight to 1am the first night by the neighbors blasting their tv and nothing was done about that either.

A clean, comfortable hotel, comfortable bed, and nice items in the room like fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The staff were very responsive to issues. Would stay here again.

Best Place I’ve Been At In Years!!!
The room was beautiful and much larger than I expected. It was exceptionally clean. I am very picky and I did not find anything to complain about. I was very happy with my accommodations, and the man at the front desk was so personable and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The employees were helpful but the breakfast was probably the worst I've ever had. Burnt sausage and cold eggs.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The deadbolt on the door on the room was a little difficult to lock and unlock but overall a good rest on my way home.
