Very difficult to open the door but clean when I finally got inside. Location was excellent for my what I needed.

Booked a room, paid full amount. After purchase was then informed they required a credit card to run $100 deposit. Unfortunately mine at time was maxed out so they didn’t allow me to stay. Woman at checkin desk was a cold miserable fish.

For a budget priced property, i was highly impressed here versus a couple others in the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, professional, etc etc. I know the area quite well and was in town for a family wedding and i didn't want to spend a fortune on lodging for just me. Clean room, great staff, parking, right where i wanted to be. Nearby properties are almost if not all much higher priced with no better accommodations. The night before i checked in I was up the road a half mile or so and while an ok place with a pool, the price hurt to pay. Especially when the iron in the room was broken and the free continental b fast featured broken machines and slim pickings. Here it's set up as an efficiency apartment with dishes,, cookware, etc and I just borrowed an iron when i needed it. When I'm back in the area, I'll stay there again...e

Took forever to get checked in. Then the keys did not work. Had to return to the office 3 x to get the door opened. The maintenance person had to come twice. He said the doors quit working since the time change. Then the toilet would not flush. The office person told me I could get a plunger to fix it myself & then return it to the office. It was not a pleasant stay. The good news was it was on the first floor & parking was available nearby.

Don’t understand the reason the hotel charged my credit card $100.00 deposit on the room. They said because I used a third party for the reservation and not there web site.

Will not stay here ever!
Place is dirty and rundown. Front desk guy was having a meltdown. Wouldn’t allow more than one person in the lobby to check in. The elevator broke so we weren’t able to get to our room (handicapped) he blamed the elevator breaking on us (six people) he said too much weight and we shorted it out.
