The property wasn’t very clean. Hallways and stairwells were dirty. Hotel was inexpensive so I guess we got what we paid for!

The linens were stained and worn and the carpets in the common areas were heavily stained. The bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very unsanitary, very humid in the room, the shower caused the bathroom floor to be wet, cause there was no tub wall to stop the water, doors weren’t secure on the hinges, I’m sure there was mold in there somewhere.

horrible two day stay
Half the lights don’t work in the room we get there drop our stuff off go visit our daughter off college. We come back that night. None of the lights work toilets plugged go to the front desk and the guy has audacity to give us a hard time because we didn’t check that stuff out when we first checked in and then hand us a plunger and then just turn lightbulbs to the barely are connected obviously there’s a wiring issue in the room

Property is clean. But it is very noisy. You can hear everything, especially if you’re on the bottom floor. Staff was trying to shut down breakfast will customers were still getting food. They also tried to stop you from taking your food back to your room to enjoy. Clean, but better policies should be in place and the daytime staff could be friendlier

Stayed one night. Check in was simple. Staff helped us with getting 2 beds instead of one king. Gym looked nice. Breakfast was adequate. Our room was clean. The refrigerator worked fine. Air conditioner worked well. Beds were comfortable. Quiet at night. Easy parking. All in all, I’d stay again for the price and proximity to the zoo/our home.

Poorly managed hotel, had to wait for so long and couldn’t even check in. Had to book another hotel. I do not recommend this property. Adding this to my never staying list.
房间宽敞明亮，停车场充足，最关键的是早餐很丰盛，有牛奶有肉，有鸡蛋有麦片，而且还有水果沙拉，几乎是最近我在美国吃过的最好的早餐。
卫生，早餐，酒店都还不错，性价比比较高。
