They need to have maintenance done on their ACs, lighting fixtures that do not work and their ventilation in the restrooms. Maybe it was just this room.

Hotel needs new carpet or floor! Has a smell in room. Has to be that nasty carpet!

Main issue was booked two double beds and when we checked in at midnight to get 6 hours of sleep...they put us in king room and no other rooms were available.
We made it work but people choose two double beds for a reason.

Room was clean. Bed was a little itchy. Just stayed for a quick night sleep. Breakfast was regular continental. Eggs, potatoes, bagels, biscuits, waffles. Wasn’t terrible if you’re looking for a quick stay. Front desk was super nice.

Stayed for 1 night for drop off this month. Room was clean and comfortable for our family. Breakfast was fairly decent

The first room we got had bed bugs, the fitness room the machines didn’t work and when we got to the hotel they said the pool was down for maintenance but nothing was being done to it.

Parkingwas convenient , front desk cler was very friendly and accommodating

房间很干净，床也很舒服。但是……几乎没有热水！那天很冷（气温只有40多华氏度），我们最后洗了冷水澡。我退房的时候，前台问我入住体验如何，我告诉了她水温的问题。另一个顾客也在抱怨同样的问题。前台接待员告诉我们，好几个人都反映了同样的情况！我要求和经理谈谈，但经理很忙。我让她给我打电话，但一直没接到。我本来希望这家酒店会是一个不错的选择，尤其是如果我孩子要上SFA的话，但我还是会回到我平时住的那个酒店品牌。这是我第一次住这个品牌，也绝对是最后一次。
