My favorite hotel in Nacogdoches. Great price and excellent location to the event i was attending.

Leaking faucet in the bathroom kept me up half the night.And then the room above us took a shower, and I could literally hear him washing. Beds were also very uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic with bacon that had no flavor might as well have been cardboard.

Updated to appear remodeled but only remodeled enough to appear that way. When you really look the condition of hotel is pretty poor. Even taking a shower didnt make me feel clean. Staff we encountered were not friendly or welcoming, just do the job and get out of their way. Breakfast looked really good, taste was very average, nothing to write home about.

The bed sheets/comforter smelled very bad. The electrical outlets by the bed were burned out and didn't work. The room did not feel clean. The bathtub had human hair all over it. The breakfast was sub-par. I will not be returning to this hotel. The elevator was dirty as well. Housekeeping is lacking at this hotel. Do better.

The front desk clerk was really nice. My room had a dirty wash towel hanging on the shower. It was a dead bug under the sink and it was dirt. The room itself was clean.

Super nice! Room was hugs. A double bed, a couch that opens up, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Very clean, veg quiet. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed here three times now and never before had an issue with hot water but we did this entire trip. You would have hot water and then it would turn cold for several minutes (usually when you were ready to rinse your hair) before getting warm again. We called the front desk and were told to “wait a few minutes.”
Also, checkout shows 11 am but we were locked out of our room when we went upstairs after breakfast at 10 am. Had to go back down and get it re-keyed.
房间很干净，床也很舒服。但是……几乎没有热水！那天很冷（气温只有40多华氏度），我们最后洗了冷水澡。我退房的时候，前台问我入住体验如何，我告诉了她水温的问题。另一个顾客也在抱怨同样的问题。前台接待员告诉我们，好几个人都反映了同样的情况！我要求和经理谈谈，但经理很忙。我让她给我打电话，但一直没接到。我本来希望这家酒店会是一个不错的选择，尤其是如果我孩子要上SFA的话，但我还是会回到我平时住的那个酒店品牌。这是我第一次住这个品牌，也绝对是最后一次。
我非常喜欢这里，酒店很干净，员工也很友好。酒店旁边有商店，周围有很多餐馆。离高速公路也很近，交通便利。
