We love staying at the Comfort Inn, the staff is always nice and helpful. It is clean and well kept. The swimming pool is nice. The breakfast is usually really good.

The hotel is dated. The jets on the soaking tub didn’t work. The electrical cord for the tv was wrapped in electrical tape. Burns in the carpet. Hairs on the bedding. Shower floor was peeling. When we checked in the desk clerk didn’t set our key up so we had to go back and get it set up. I felt like I needed to take another shower when I got home, I felt dirty staying there.

The room was beat up, broken cabinet doors, klenex dispenser was busted, piant in poor shape, tub was clean but discolored, hair dryer didn't work.
Just beat up.
Breakfast ******. Bana or orange and a sweetened yogurt was the healthy choices. Scrambled Eggs were not eggs. Microwaved yellow soybeans or something. Not sure but ive never spit out scrambled eggs on the first fork. It was always (4 Days) had something that looked like a sausage link. I dont think it was sausage. Nasty. They did have waffles with high fructose corn syrup. Yumm. Not. 2 types of Cerial, insant oatmeat even the bread was subpar. We went to king sooper deli and got egg salad and put it on toast.

Dangerous Pool area
We had 2 rooms, our first room had major electrical issues; The bathroom outlets were completely unusable, the outlet by the large lamp by the couch was unusable , the lamp on the table flickered, the outlets under the the mirror by that lamp sparked , the outlets by the bed were so loose our chargers fell out. The lamps by the bed only one worked. One bed is jammed next to the AC unit and that is both inefficient and unsafe. In the second room the same with the AC Unit bed was jammed next to it , there were plastic bags over outlets and the smoke detector.
We had a correct person count , but not enough towels or wash cloths , I asked for more , but was told I had to turn in what we had to get .ore towels...what ??
Anyway , the location was great staff was kind , on the surface it looks great and by no means a slummy place but this hotel needs some serious repairs.
The biggest issue is a MAJOR saftey issue.
The pool area has a tile floor not meant for a pool area . It is so slick we witnessed two peolle fall and our 2 year old granddaughter fell , had I not had her hand she would have seriously slammed her head. The slip carpet and small slippery when wet sign offer fiercly inadequate representation and mitigation.

DANGEROUS POOL area
We had 2 rooms, our first room had major electrical issues; The bathroom outlets were completely unusable, the outlet by the large lamp by the couch was unusable , the lamp on the table flickered, the outlets under the the mirror by that lamp sparked , the outlets by the bed were so loose our chargers fell out. The lamps by the bed only one worked. One bed is jammed next to the AC unit and that is both inefficient and unsafe. In the second room the same with the AC Unit bed was jammed next to it , there were plastic bags over outlets and the smoke detector.
We had a correct person count , but not enough towels or wash cloths , I asked for more , but was told I had to turn in what we had to get .ore towels...what ??

There were holes in the ceiling where the light was in the bathroom, light was flickering and the bed was not comfy but the room layout itself is nice!

The lights between the two beds didn’t work. We notified the front desk. They said they would have it repaired at noon so we made sure to not be there so they could fix it. That evening we returned and it wasn’t fixed. Notified office again. Still not fixed next day. Saturday morning no coffee until 7:30 am. Lots of guests waiting around for it. Supposed to have breakfast ready by 7 on Saturdays. Bed was unbelievably hard!
