Staff come knocking over and over again even though they know you are in the room. Very loud in the mornings. Check out isn’t until 11 but had them knocking from 8-11.

Room was clean, tried the keyless touchless check in didn't work, breakfast was great but getting ready to head out before check out time and cleaning service came in without knocking or announcing entry. I was getting dressed but luckily out of eyeshot.

Only issue was the loudness of bathrooms. I traveled with a baby under 1. Every time someone flushed or showered she woke- including other rooms. They are super loud.

hotel receptionist was on a personal phone call the whole time while i was checking , very unproffesional not just that no management was onsight what so ever, too a shower went to the bathroom and toilet was plugged up i called for a plunger the receptionist said she was by herself and come get it your self, on the sheets there was a speckle of red i complained about that wanting another room and she said theres nothing that she can do, so instead of staying the night i left that same night not even spending the night in a room that i almost paid 200$

Poorly maintain. Stains on carpets and curtains. Mold and broken hand rails in bathroom. All the furniture is very worn and dirty looking. Breakfast was average and staff is pleasant
