The 580 square foot room did not have a table to sit at, except for the desk. Big room stayed perfect temperature. No in room coffee. Never made up the bed
even after 4 days.

Roaches soon as family checked in we killed one, the service at breakfast was very absurd

The staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and as described online. Very convenient for the Cincinnati Open.

The pool deck was dirty. The windows were nasty. The carpet in my room was filthy. I wore a pair of white socks and walked around in the room. They were so dirty I didn’t even want to bring them home to wash. The last morning I was there, I awoke and reached for my glasses on the bedside table … there were several bugs crawling around. Apparently they were under the hotel phone because that’s where the fled to when I stirred. The plumbing fixtures were old and need to be replaced. The curtains looked old and very shabby. I’m just so glad I didn’t see those bugs until my last day there. The furniture is old and damaged. The ice machine has on my floor was out of order. I didn’t even try the breakfast.
The beds were fairly comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. The water pressure was good. The toilet flushed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to Lot U from where shuttle takes you to the Cincinnati Open South Entrance

Spacious room
The room was larger than anticipated and smelled good. Clean hotel. The pool area smelled funky, but my daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool.
