This stay was to be verry brief. There was a ring around the toilet. They tried to come clean it but it did not work. The guest reatroom on the first floor by check in desk was hot and not clean. They were children running around alone. And dogs. They said no dogs allowed so nog sure how that happened.

They was a baby walking alone in a dipper with no adult in sight. When asked if we could change rooms because we were uncomfortable. They said we only have one room left and we have to charge you. We were let down on comfort suites the brand and will no longer stay with any of the locations

I walked into my room and immediately went to potty. I flushed the toilet and it started overflowing. I wanted to wait for a couple of flushes before I rang the alarm bell. It in fact was clogged. We were told it would be fixed immediately & after waiting for hours someone came and unclogged the toilet but no one was there to clean up. So yeah it was gross. The shower has no water pressure whatsoever. It felt like you were at a beach shower and you had to push the button and you only had so long before the water just stopped and you had to push the button like repeatedly? Yeah that’s the type of shower this was like. The couch is a nice touch, IF it were clean! That thing was disgustingly gross. I wouldn’t let me or anyone I care about sit on that thing. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned before. Gross. Just gross. I have stayed at multiple comfort suites but this one was by far just nasty. I do not recommend.

Room not what I payed for I was shown a jacuzzi suite when I booked my stay. Get there shown a room that smelled musty couch with stains an dirty tub. Again not a jacuzzi room told the guy at desk said somebody else already booked the room that o booked. Not good business!!!Was told nothing could be done.

Took awhile to get checked in, no one was ever at front desk. Had to call a number to get someone. Frustrating after a long drive. Room and bed were great. Quiet confortable. Good breakfast and the housekeeping staff were awesome.

The room and bed were clean but the tub didn't drain and was dirty. They had very recently shampooed the carpet and it was still wet and the whole room smelled STRONGLY of the carpet shampoo. The pool was clean, the hot tub not so much. The breakfast was really good!

Honestly its not my first time staying here but this time i got a room where the air vent from the restroom wasn't working and the tub drain was clogged but overall this is my go to spot when i travel here

Pool wasn’t working when I asked why it wasn’t up the desk person said the city and I said I would have liked to know when checking in since we were all in the pool in swimsuits when they told us to leave, the desk clerk said he didn’t have to tell us it was closed before hand because I didn’t ask! Excuse me?. I didn’t know I had to ask to see if your amenities are working usually they let u know at check in. Rooms are updated but poorly done. Bathroom and tub are dirty. At least there was dining near by. Won’t stay here again.
