Very loud hotel. The sink had an awful smell coming from it and you could barely stand there without getting sick. Toilet was very loose. Floor was filthy. We had to keep washing our feet because it was so bad. Two of us, one wash cloth.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was friendly even at 1am. Breakfast was good. Perfect place to stay after a long day at Kings Island.

The rooms were great and freshly remodeled the sheets were amazing and soft. We really enjoyed the pool. It was quite large and the kids had a great time making friends and playing. We had a slight hiccups with the air conditioner in the room and the front desk was there within three minutes and got everything fixed for us 10 out of 10 would stay again.

The property is centrally located and easy find and the parking was adequate. The rooms have a little space and the room was clean and fairly well maintained.
