The hotel needs some upgrades with basic items like new lamp shades, ottoman and etc. You can visibly see the wear and tear on the hotel on the inside.

No telephone in room, then phone line never worked the 3 days I was there. Room key kept decoding, room key also
had to be recoded for back outside door. I have stayed at Country Inn Suites the last 4 times I have come to Clarksville. This property is no longer a 4 star that I thought it was. I will now make reservation at one of the other better hotels.

Greeting was excellent. The single issue was that the key cards were not activated, so we had to return to the desk. It was, then, activated and fixed.

The bathroom was disgusting. There was mold all over the tile in the shower. The shower head was coming off the wall, the door bottom was peeling at the bottom, the ceiling fan looked like it was never cleaned along with the floor. Ceiling light was full of bugs.
Microwave and fridge cabinet was falling off, the fridge hinges had some type of growth on them. The door jams were badly chipped. TV didn't work and the remote was busted. Furnas controls had dried gunk on them. There was blood on the window shade. i woke up to bug bits on my feet and leg. I will be notifying the Radisson Corporation.

The room was clean but worn out. some of the furniture was stained. We had a kitchenette, but the hotel had no baking sheet/pan to use in the oven. The hot breakfast was good, with many choices.

Very courteous, pleasant staff with exceptionally clean rooms. Hotel was very quiet with comfortable beds. Room rates were very affordable and I received what I expected and according to the written reviews that had been posted. The hot breakfast had a variety of items and were hot as advertised. I would definitely stay here again
