You can get Hugh upon arrival walking into this hotel. Once given a room you walk down creepy hallways that are outdated. The rooms themselves even more outdated. Feces were smudged on the door and when we look the blanket off of the bed the sheets were covered in hair and stains of who knows that origin. When we went down to check out staff did not even offer us another room after viewing the photos we took. Absolutely disgusting

The room was clean. It was a hotel that was worn- needing a little updating. There was no hangers for our clothes and the tv remote was missing. Called the desk and someone promptly delivered one. The desk receptionist was not helpful. A lite breakfast was available until 9am but when we left at 845 there was no coffee. She said someone had drank the last of it and there was no more. The hotel was quiet and we slept well.

Clean enough but old underneath the renovations. Staff was extremely nice. Breakfast wasn’t really breakfast, just coffee and muffins in plastic. Location is great for lots of places to eat nearby.

Room changed 3 times. First room: urine smell. Second room: roach, stains, filthy floor. 3rd room: burner not working, floor dirty.
Utensils and cookware old and worn. The smell of the hotel was musty, and the floors were dirty from stairs, elevator and hallways.
Staff was ready to accommodate the best they could.

Disgusting place.
Smelled like cigarettes and garbage, filthy everywhere. There was a clump of hair on the hairbrush by the TV, no dishes, no pans, the electronic key wouldn’t open the door, and the floor was so sticky my shoes literally got stuck.
I was shocked — booked a 9+ rated hotel right away and got the hell out.
