Smelled like cigarettes and garbage, filthy everywhere. There was a clump of hair on the hairbrush by the TV, no dishes, no pans, the electronic key wouldn’t open the door, and the floor was so sticky my shoes literally got stuck.
I was shocked — booked a 9+ rated hotel right away and got the hell out.

A simple door sealer ***** / draft ***** would probably take care of the free movement in the building problem.

The desk attendant was rude. And there was no coffee maker in the room.. when I asked about it. She was very rude although she did get me one. There was also not any silverware or plates or anything like this, and this was supposed to be a fully stocked kitchen.

The staff person at check in was excellent. The rooms however are very outdated and the kitchens are completely empty w zero supplies in them. Not a single dish. Theres a sign indicating you can “Customize” you kitchen, I gather by going to the front desk to request every single utensil you might want. And then carry it all up to your room? I gather they were out of coffee makers. It’s not a great set up. The staff are very nice and competent but they aren’t given much to work with!

The hotel is in a decent area but the rooms have a horrible smell. There are roaches in the rooms & when you report there is no accommodation.
