The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I only stayed 1 of 3 reserved nights and forfeited the 2nd and 3rd night and the cost just to not stay at this hotel! I had to find another hotel for night 2 and 3!

I have been having to get rooms in the area to get to my school clinical days. My expectation when I reserve rooms is to have WiFi so I can do my homework. The WIFI did not work for me the whole night. I contacted the office and she reset the box and it still didn’t work. What a waste!

Decent pricing, location isn't to bad, (meaning not alot of excess activities). Frys, dollar tree, chase bank, circle k, taco bell all right on the corner, so theres stores around to make it for easy access to food, gas, money.

The / lady’s that helped me were very professional n very helpful . But the man that helped was very unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesn’t offend anybody thank you.

Staff were super chill and friendly, room was a little toasty when I got in, but nothing the AC didn't fix in a quick hurry. Close to fuel stops & convenience stores. Would definitely consider staying again!

There were dirty footprints on the bathroom floor, brown stains and makeup stains on towels, marker stains on sheets, burn holes on comforter and the pool was filled but we weren’t allowed to use it. Shower head very low, no cold water. Not the best stay.

Couldn’t use the pool, probably because the insurance was lapsed. The AC was too weak for the heat; I woke up continuously throughout the night sweating in my room: 102. There were stains on the towels. It was gros. Never staying again.

Superior Suites is comfortable and in a quiet Mesa location that is close to everything I need during my stays in this area! The staff is friendly and helpful and personable. It’s good to be able to park close to my room and feel safe in my travels! Thanks!
