The room was good, but the "breakfast" was poor. 1 old honey bun is not considered breakfast and it should not be advertised as having a breakfast. No milk no cereal or anything else.

The hotel was in a good location and common areas were fine. The non-smoking room smelled terrible from cigarette smoke. The carpets were stained. Most of the front desk support staff didn't even lift their heads when we came in to say hi, welcome back, etc. The included "breakfast" was just a honey bun and coffee. Maid service was good.

Staff was super attentive, professional and accommodating. We checked out very early in the morning and forgot our food bag with baby's food and snacks in the room fridge, called them later and they kept it for us. Extremely professional of them. Nice experience

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it was clean and housekeeping was very nice. However, it is really congested around the hotel and traffic can be challenging. The 'continental breakfast' was not at all what I expected...honey buns and coffee does not equal a good healthy breakfast. We were forced to go get McDonalds across the parking lot because we were unfamiliar with the area. For the price we pay for a hotel we should have been given more healthy choices for a breakfast! Continental breakfast in my opinion - choices should include yogurt, boiled eggs, juice, cereal choices, milk, oatmeal, hot water, tea, coffee, maybe even muffins, small sweet rolls, toast, bagels, cream cheese, butter and flavored coffee creamer available.

Room not ready, next room smelt like smoke,, I had to move to 3 different rooms,ironing board fell apart in front of hotel manager. Terrible experience, I will never stay at another Days Inn
