The ac was not working well. We turned it all the way down to 60 and it was still hot in the room.

Late night stay
Very great stay, and were very accommodating with my late travel plans. Found a small dirt stain on the bed sheets, but overlooked it because it was 3:00am.

It was much more quiet than I expected with it being so close to the highway and it was clean overall but the room condition was less than I expected. There was stained carpet and a saggy loveseat but overall, it was fine. I wasn’t here for a long stay.

The manager had a cat running loose and my granddaughter is highly alergic, overall dirty old and outdated

I checked in and was immediately struck by how loud the front desk area was. The receptionist, who was a heavyset man with black hair and beard, was watching a movie on his phone with the volume up.
When I asked about the elevator after checking in, I had trouble understanding his initial response. When I politely asked again, he abruptly raised his voice and snapped, “No elevator,” in a rude and unprofessional manner.
This was my first impression of your hotel, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good one. Even after going upstairs, I could still hear the audio from his phone. Guests deserve a welcoming and professional check-in experience.

The room smells of mildew, no pets allowed, yet the front desk staff has a kitten running around, smokers loitering around the entrance. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is extremely loud.

Smell wasn't good. TV didn't work I had to fix it. No breakfast. Computers were down when I got there so couldn't check in. Was advised to go somewhere else. And I should have
