Had confirmation of the room but when we arrived, it took an hour and a half to get into a room because it wasn't showing we had a room and the staff just laughed about it. Toilet ran all night, holes in the walls, a/c had to be on 55 to work so we either froze or burnt up. I definitely don't recommend staying there.

酒店回复: Thank you for your review,In the morning when i asked how your stay was the only thing you told me about was the water running all night, which as you told me I asked our maintenance to go fix it, you did not tell me about any other situation. I do apologize for our front desk clerk to which I will be doing some retraining for her customer service skills. In regards to your reservation I did check into the reason it took so long, there was a glitch in the system that did not push your reservation through the system. I did call tech support to check on this.

Room very clean, bed comfortable might consider coffee maker in rooms and for breakfast bar a waffle maker and refrigerator with yogurts.

Fair for a place to rest head for a short night.
It was very late when we got in, the gentleman working the desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean except the pillows and pillow cases looked like they had been found at a thrift shop. Breakfast was nothing to go on about.

It was a place to rest for the night. You get what you pay for you. The room was in good condition and the property was well kept. The website advertised pet friendly. It was, however there are extra fees upon check in that would have been nice to know beforehand that were not advertised.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Clarksville. Phone was broken tv barely worked toilet ran loud all night screaming children till 3 am snarky management/staff who I'm sure will write a nasty response to my rating rather than taking the criticism and fixing the issues.

It was a great stay to me. Didn’t have any issue just not up to date on the inside for example my room didn’t have a digital thermostat but I would stay again

I spent three nights at this hotel with my family. Overall, the hotel has a lot of good qualities—it's clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. However, despite being a no-smoking area, the smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable in the reception area, hallways, and near the car park, where lots of spent cigarette sticks were also found close to room windows. This was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved to meet expectations. With these issues addressed, the hotel would provide a much better experience at an affordable price.
