ROACHES - Do not stay here as there are LIVE ROACHES on the walls. We used the digital key, turned on some lights and they were on the walls. Immediately we went to the front desk and the clerk stated "I do not do bugs" when asked to come up to the second floor to see the issues. We immediately left and are still waiting for our money to be refunded. Not what you would expect from a Hilton Property! Additionally, the lack of response from the hotel is also very concerning.

The room was dirty: crumbs from the food on the floor which apparently wasn't even vacuumed between the guests, lots of dust on the furniture.

This hotel will scam it's occupants. They call the room phone and ask for damage deposits. They explain that you need to use a 3rd party or it will take 30 days to return the deposit. We have called the police and the bank is also doing an investigation. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We typically stay at Hampton's mostly due to the consistency of the experience and this was no different. LOTS of food options within a 3 mile radius. Breakfast was as expected. The follow-up text asking if everything is OK after getting into the room is a nice touch that provides an opportunity to raise concerns. We had none. One tip? If a light sleeper ask for a room away from the Interstate.

2 different people were trying to check in & couldn’t find the desk clerk (approximately 8:30 at night). Finally came out of back. I had to ask for water, never acknowledged we were Hilton Honors members. Got to our room & food on the desk chair. Window shade all the way down & couldn’t raise it to see out the window. Next morning went to breakfast & only bagels were covered in syrup. Asked for a plain one & was told didn’t have any. When checking out the manager (I assume) said she would add extra Hilton points to our account. Never happened. Will never stay here again.

Is Hampton Inn is either new or completely renovated. It has such a strong modern vibe. Everything is crisp and clean in black and white. The staff are incredibly helpful with their welcome and easy policy. The rooms have unusual lighting, meaning very modern and are super comfortable. Definitely this is a hidden gem and a place to stay. Breakfast was the usual Hampton fair but that’s good because you want consistency across the brand. Definitely check this one out if you need a place to stay in this area.

Door would not lock and could be pushed open from hallway without a key. Hair on sheets. Glass on floor in bathroom. Air conditioner vents packed with debris. Cooling of room took several hours. Severely soiled carpet. Horrible slanting mattress. Phone did not work. Missing lightbulb in lamp. Rude treatment when requested room change insisting rooms were not available when in fact there were some. Moved to three rooms. Overcharged. Hilton upper management unresponsive to complaints.

Large stain on carpet. Trashbags not in trashcans. Yet placed on trashcans. Bathroom tissue holder broken. The bed pillows were small and worn out. Very flimsy. I had a king size bed and the pillows seem to be for a twin size bed. I shared this experience with Hilton Help and was told I would need contact hotel directly due to booking rate. Hilton was unable to intervene because of that. I was simply sharing my experience but I take it the issues wasn’t major enough. I’ve never had this type of experience staying at Hilton property.

Hampton is one of the few hotel chains that wash comforters between each guest...so I almost always stay at a Hampton if there is one at the location I need. Plus they are clean with good service and you get a hot breakfast. It's dependable, good value. Maya at the front desk was very pleasant and gave us a great restaurant recommedation (Hacienda McDonough). I'll be giving them an excellent review as well.

My worst stay yet. everyone seem friendly. But don't have a problem it won't be fixed. All I got was cold shoulders, excuses and attitude. Its a nice quiet location near restaurants and shopping. close to highway, indoor/outdoor pool. no whirlpool, no shuttle. They smile at you and then do nothing. Seriously lack service skills. I definitely won't stay their again. breakfast was so so. The weekend breakfast attendant was very nice, she was the only one that did her job. As A diamond member service was atrocious. I was so fed. My room wasn't clean on Saturday, Then cleaned after 4pm on Sunday, it was an oh well situation. They told me I was assigned connecting room at 10am got in at 10 pm no connecting room could not put my kids in a room I had to pay for. Nothing could be done. The worst customer service ever. Oh my I can't say it enough. I asked for a towel and washrag. I am the only one here you have to come get it yourself or go find the room attendant and get it from her. Just like that. I was shocked. There was 2 of the clerks that was very nice. They couldn't help me. But at least they were nice. This was a 5 day stay so 2 of 10 is not a good average. There are too many properties in that area for me to even go back to this property. I had other guest there so I chose not to leave. The manager was nasty. unhelpful.
