Do not agree with their 100 hold for 5-10 business days. Especially when I’ve prepaid for the room and there is no mini bar to incur such fees. They are essentially earning interest off everyone’s stay.

Overnight stop on road trip to Florida. Good hotel all around. Clean, convenient, comfortable, and price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.

Water leak in bathroom ruins my stay
The morning I was to check out, there was a leak in the bathroom, around 5am. I tried to call the front desk to notify the hotel, but got no answer, so I had to go downstairs and notify. I was told that maintenance eould not be here until 9am. I was given extra towels to absorb the water, and the water to the sink was turned off. Maintenance did not arrive until 10 am, and he spoke no English. I spoke with front desk about my need to get myself and my child ready for our trip, and was given an extension to check out, at no additional cost. It was very disappointing for my stay.

Friendly staff, good location, restaurants nearby
Room was okay, cleanliness of bathroom was questionable (hair/dust under sink, also hair in bathtub along with a used dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod)

Only thing I would suggest is better pillows for the bed they were very small for a king size bed

The property is very run-down and dirty, with a leaking bathroom faucet. Food is subpar; this is just a motel. I'm surprised they have a Comfort Suites franchise

The hotel was clean, service was great but the pool was closed all weekend which was the main reason for the stay .

I had to get my key fob changed frequently due to not working. This held back time needed to get to our tournament. I asked about releasing the $100 hold but was denied because it was booked under *******.

第一次在这个地方停留,在Morrow开出去20分钟地方,i75一如即往流量很大,还堵了一段。
想着远离机场会安静舒适一些,并没有。估计疫情恢复的时间还不够久,酒店的设施已经年久失修。淋浴喷头轻微漏水,就停留一晚,太累懒的换,临时做回水暖工解决了问题。貌似对面的门锁也坏了,有师傅在修。估计因为渗漏的原因房间一股梅雨季节的味道。
前台和早餐都已经没有任何印象了。
这里是度假放松的好去处。很高兴我们选择了这家。如果有人想找一个性价比高的地方,我强烈推荐这里。早餐也真的很不错!
