When we went to check in, we walked up to the front desk and we had booked two suites to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. When I gave my name, the front desk agent with no emotion told me that I had been downgraded and would only have one suite and one king room. She said that They are often overbooked because of third parties. Besides that, one morning, I was woken up really early to huge banging above me on the ceiling, so I called the front desk and asked nicely what was above my room and she told me that it was the fifth floor in a sarcastic voice they also brought the wrong bedding, The concierge or valet man didn’t empty my car. He stood there and watched my kids do it after I gave him a $20 tip and there was no coffee the second morning we were there. I would never go there again.

The $24 valet parking charge is a joke. I parked my own car along with the other 10 cars in the parking lot. It was never moved or needed to be moved. I handed my keys away and got them back in the morning for $24…sad

This is an older property well maintained. You can feel the history in its building. The room I had was a double queen and had a sitting room. It's nice not to have to sit on your bed to watch tv. There was a tv in both the sitting room and the bedroom.
The bathroom was very lux. High end finishes.
The beds were comfortable with FULL SIZE pillows. Much appreciated.
Am planning on returning soon.

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and spacious. The valet parking was easy and convenient. Plus it was easy to walk around and explore the area.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, view was amazing. Only thing of note was very thin windows we were woken up by people at the bar 6 floors down on the street at 1:30am.

我该从何说起呢？我们找不到停车场的入口。没有任何指示牌标明入口。我们以为前门就是入口，便从前门进去了。里面一个人都没有，几分钟后才有个像是调酒师的人出来告诉我们，入口在后面或者楼上。我们开车绕到后面，停好车，却被告知这里是代客泊车，需要我们把车钥匙留下。网站上只写了停车位有限且需要付费，但完全没有提到代客泊车这件事。然后我们走向登记处，那是个非常昏暗的地方，光线很不好。接待员一直坐在椅子上，没说什么，一点也不热情。代客泊车员跟着我们进来，再次解释说这里是代客泊车/停车位有限，需要我们的车钥匙，并且要交19美元的费用。我们答应了，拿到房间钥匙后便上楼去了四楼的房间，那里同样是昏暗的氛围。房间的布局很奇怪，起居区在房间中央，根本看不到市中心或湖景。床放在能看到城市景观的房间一侧，但也只是看到一些建筑物。我们非常不满意，决定不想要这个房间。我打电话给前台，接待员和经理沟通后说我们可以换一个升级的房间，视野会好一些，而且不用额外付费。我们问是否可以先看看房间，但他拒绝了，说必须先预订。我们觉得这很奇怪，决定要退款然后离开。接待员说他会取消我们的预订。当我们回到楼下时，换了一个名叫爱尔兰的女士在前台，她非常友好，她说会取消房间，我们应该在三到五天内收到退款。我们以前住过皇冠假日酒店，体验很棒，但我们想尝试一些不同的酒店。这次的住宿体验让我们非常失望，不得不提前结束行程。

房间舒适且不错，但是我们整晚都能听到打鼾声和楼上房间的噪音，所以房间隔音效果不好。另外，酒店内的餐厅也是你绝对应该避免的地方。
