Our stay was short but the room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Wrong Room!
Booked a Standard King Room, but was assigned an accessible room, which sometimes is all that’s available, so I understand that, but the front desk never even mentioned it. We didn’t find out until we went upstairs and entered our room. In fact, the front desk clerk who checked us in was extremely curt and couldn’t get rid of us fast enough. We were in a hurry to get somewhere after we checked-in, so we just took the room. However I felt deceived and taken advantage of. This is my second questionable stay at this same hotel in a year. Don't think I’ll be back.

酒店回复: Hello,I understand your frustration about the room type. I did look at your reservation, and the 3rd party group booked you in a KNGA, which is a hearing-impaired king. It was the only room type we had left other than doubles. It says King on their site. I have also talked to our front desk representative, so this might be an isolated incident.
