My sheets were not changed! There was all kinds of black hair on them, smells like smoke.. Made me wonder about comforter? Tried to call front desk, but no answer. Could not find them, as when I went there about 9pm. Multiple transit people sleeping in cars in parking lot with blacked out windows. Room is a 2 star, with aged decorations and smells like smoke! Other guests loud talking in halls with loud music heard in other rooms, becuse this the cheapest room around with pets allowed. So, I used my towels on bed, slept with my clothes on and left first thing.
To correct: always changes sheets all linen, refurbish rooms, get smoke smell out and enforce No Smoking in rooms. Inspect rooms at check out for smoke smell. Have front desk phone forwarded to someone who will answer and a system that knows what room is trying to call front desk. Theses are easy fixes, I hope management takes note, as I use Red Roofs all over east coast for an acceptable 3 star room for myself and pet.

We stayed for one night on the way from Naples to Charlotte. Clean spacious room with the couch, microwave, fridge, safe. Nice beds.

Where Ruth was an awful hotel, it’s supposed to be a smoke freak. The whole room smelled like smoke. The floor was dirty and greedy. The walls had all kind of stains and drips. They could’ve been wiped off the sheets and towers had stains in them very dingy looking.

I work nights, so i had no idea of the condition of the room. I found feces under the nightstand next to the bed. I smelled it the next morning when i came in from my nightshift at work. The front desk did a terrible job addressing the issue. I called corporate but they only comped me one night. Ive never in my 10 years of traveling for work seen or heard anything like this, and ive reviewed thousands of hotels. Id like my stay refunded.

Cleaning lady was rude, no breakfast , key didn’t work for pool and room on and off, pool wasn’t cleaned daily , room was never cleaned . I am very disappointed
