We had an activity in downtown Mesa, so this was a very reasonably priced option. In the past, when we made the reservation, it was listed as a Quality Inn, and that has changed. The reception clerk was professional, friendly and quick. Our room was clean, the HVAC worked, the hot water was hot, and the beds were comfortable. The venue is an older one but again it was clean and we would return. We cannot comment on the provided breakfast because brunch was our scheduled activity with family.

The check in was smooth and efficient, the room was clean, the bed comfy and it was in a convenient area for convenience. The maintenance man had taken good care of the lawn, trees and the pool. I would definitely stay here again if I end up back in the area.

Booked this because it was supposedly the best value in the area since we were visiting relatives. Check in was not smooth and when we finally got our room, it was in the back. Room was dated, as many of these properties are, especially in the bathroom. Tub was not for to have a bath in and the shower was made for a person 5' tall. Room also had a musty smell.Saturday night was a party night with the carousing going on until well after midnight. Sorry, there has to be better choices...

I was only there for a partial day , the room was fine and the people at the front desk were friendly. I would not hesitate to stay again. Just a reminder my stay was very brief. The prices were fair . I did not remain long enough to try the breakfast that they offered also they have coffee in the lobby. I would say it was pleasant and definitely give them five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Very nice and near train station was welcoming and we had good stay for 3 days and we enjoy our stay in the hotel clean inside and outside but the only thing they need to improve was breakfast they had only breakfast and coffee no proteins for breakfast

The room as always was clean and organize. We were nearest the pool so my kids had a lot of fun swimming. Breakfast was served neatly. Pillows are always fluffy! The room temperature was cozy perfect for a good night sleep for all of us. We had a king size bed which made it more comfortable to sleep 😴! It was an awesome getaway!

Room had everything you need really, the free breakfast was solid and a very affordable cost compared to its counterparts. They had an outdoor pool and the bathroom fan was very loud which comes in handy when you got a lady friend over and gotta handle your business in the dead of night.
