Unfortunately, when you book through third party travel agents and prepay, you are paying them for the reservation, not the hotel. The hotel can agree to waive any charges and not bill the travel agent, however, it is up to your travel agent whether they will refund you or not. They have not contacted me to ask if I will waive the charges. When and if they do, I will agree to waive the charges. Again, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience.
