Absolutely awful experience. The breakfast selection is limited and food not great. In our room, the TV only works if you connect your phone and stream since there’s no WiFi, and we found a roach in our room. Pillows were also uncomfortable and there were holes in the sheets. When bringing this up with front desk at checkout, all we got was an “oh, sorry.” And no compensation or any sense of an actual apology was given. By the desk worker’s lack of shock, this is clearly a common issue they’re aware of. I would never recommend the La Quinta chain to ANYONE, much less this location. Disgusting that we paid what we did to have a literal ROACH for a third roommate

My stay was better than expected with the experience I’ve had at other businesses.
The guy at the front desk was very helpful ( I forgot his name) I had a little trouble getting my tv to work and when I called down to the front desk he came quickly fixing it with no problem
I went out for the afternoon my first day in and came back to a clean room with fresh sheets
I definitely will be booking here again when I come back to visit

I resided in room 323 and as I was getting ready to sleep I notice something had bit me and it was a bed bug and I was not happy at all and yes they placed me in a different room

To start the hot tub was out of service, we did not figure this out until we fully booked got setteled and went down to see it was out of service. Next our room.. ac did not work properly and was very noisy it would go on and off all night with an awful noise, theres a rooster next door that goes off early morning and youll hear him. Shower was warm at the most on the hottest setting. We decided to leave our two night stay after the first night, found blood dripped around in the elevator and checked out to also hear another guy staying there saying he was lied to that he called about the hottub and they said it was working. Definitely will not stay here again.

I called to let them know I would be in LATE, I arrived around 4AM after driving all day, the manager was wide awake and alert. No issues with check in or check out. Very clean room as well, I slept in so idk about breakfast but they do offer free breakfast too!

My room had a broken lamp and some stains. Breakfast was good and the workers were polite but no cranberry juice. They didn’t have toothbrushes for purchase.
