When I walked in and show my reservation (from *******), the reception desk lady could not find my record in their system. She had to call ******* to verify my booking information, which took quite a while. Eventually she was able to check me in. I was told that this could be that ******* failed to pass the information to the hotel system. I truly hope this will not happen to anyone again.

Unfortunately I am unable to give a higher rating. A star was given for location and Samantha’s amazing attitude and friendly personality, she truly made the stay shine. But aside from that, the room was smoke free and reeked of smoke. The bathrooms are very outdated and that is fine but cleanliness lacked a lot. Mold in the shower and tub, stains throughout the room: curtains, bed itself, carpet is in need of replacement or a deep cleaning. I would say for the price it was understandable, but I have stayed elsewhere in the city for less and much more cleanliness. The breakfast provided was also extremely underwhelming, we had the Sunday breakfast of biscuits with gravy. Biscuits were hard and gravy was slimy. Waffles tasted very old. Overall would not stay here again unless it’s absolutely my last option. Special thank you to Samantha again for the friendliness.

The service was great. It was conveniently located. The carpet in our room was dirty, and the mattress had hills and valleys in it. There was surprisingly wide variety for breakfast.
Overall. We’d probably stay again hoping for a better mattress.

The photos of this place were fake stock photos… the whole place was run down, icky, and gross… I would have NEVER stayed her had the photos been accurate. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating, which was the only redeemable thing about this place. If you are a ghetto hotel just say that. Don’t lie. I dis not feel safe here as a single woman.

Great staff, building could use a little more maintenance. My shower didn't work correctly. That being said, for the price, I was very happy. Have stayed there a few times while in town for work.

Excellent Pre-Cruise Stay
This hotel was on our route to the cruise port in Jacksonville. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious. I would stay here, again.

The front staff, check in & out were great. The hallway to the room was dark, dirty & smelled. The room had many, many large stains on the carpet in common area and between the beds. The air conditioner was leaking on the carpet from the unit to the bed in a huge sopping wet spot. The bathroom walls were crumbing at the edge of the tub. When showering, the drain did NOT drain, leaving me standing in mid calf water until my shower was done. It did eventually drain so my husband could shower but the same happened to him. The shower curtain had stains or mildewed in multiple places. There was mold around the ceiling around the tub area.
The only positive was the staff and the shower head.
