I had an experience with roaches in Room #111 and I went to look at the room and I found roaches in the bath tub, in front of the tv, and in the beds and toilet. There wasn’t roaches no breakfast served and the walls looked like they just been pouched it up.

The room the manager gave us, was not clean, when you first open the door you can clearly see the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped, a lot of dirt, hair on the sheets, bathroom wasn’t cleaned, mirrors not washed. Turned the light switch on and nothing, no lights. I asked if they had cleaning products that they could leave for me to clean it or if they could clean it. They took me to another room which was cleaner, but clearly wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Manager told me to get my items and leave, denying me service. I am still waiting refund for my room. I was in town for a funeral, and had no place to go, I couldn’t even change my outfit for the funeral at the hotel. Manager was very rude and who ever he had with him, just stared at me with an angry look. Like he was trying to intimidate me. But I pay for a room, a room that should be cleaned. I get things happen, cleaners get busy, things get missed. No biggie, but this was the first time I have ever been kicked out of a hotel for asking for cleaning supplies, or for house keeping to come. I was only able to get a couple pictures, manager saw me taking pictures and got upset. My family witnessed the uncleanliness of the room.

Please do not stay here! You will regret it if you do! The rooms are terrible, dirty, nasty, they have a terrible smell to them, and the owner’s customer service is horrible. I unfortunately didn’t read any reviews before booking this crappy hotel. It’s June 2022 and they’re still using COVID-19 as an excuse for not serving breakfast, that’s included in the room charge. It’s been two years since the pandemic yet they still have the sign up… hilarious. The only good thing about this dump is the location in the city, but there’s tons of other hotels in the exact same location. Be smart and do not stay here!

We checked in very late in the evening after an exhausting day, so we decided to stay even with the condition of the room. When the sun came up we could see how much dirtier the room was than we first realized. The only thing that appeared to have been done between visitors was the beds were made. There was smashed gum between the beds, rocks, visible garbage, food, pet hair and pills on the floors. The rag and mops used to clean surfaces previous to our stay were clearly dirty and only used in some areas. I understood that for the rate we got, that the hotel would be dated, and that is fine! But this level of uncleanliness was ridiculous! When we asked for a refund for the 2nd night, we were met with a bunch of hoops to jump through. We were so disappointed with our room, we never even looked at the pool ( the reason we picked this hotel) or the included breakfast
