My first night there the towels had hair on them. I told the front desk, they gave me new clean towels with no hair. The upstairs people made a lot of noise, I told the front desk but nothing happened. When I first walked in bathroom stunk and didn’t seem too clean but the rest of the room was very clean.

I stay here whenever Im in town the location is perfect . close to downtown,the Avenues ,Towncenter and Southside . Clean quiet. And the staff is friendly and Helpful.Ms.Nicole is an Angel .I will defiantly return

I’m disappointed because I didn’t stay 9/26-9/28 and got charged I stay Labor Day weekend for a funeral for my sister my dates was changed and I still got charged this was not right and it overdraft my account

酒店回复: I apologize for the inconvenience and misinformation. When using 3rd parties for reservations, you must contact them to be able to cancel or modify the reservation that you have. This is not something that the hotel can do directly. I would love to have you back if you are in the area.

We had a great stay. Walls were a little thin but that’s everywhere now. Rooms were very nice and offered lots of space and storage. Location was great. Easy access to highways and other main streets. We would stay here again.

Other than the carpets needing to be cleaned both in the room as well as the hallways, the hotel is nicely upgraded and most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. I slept very very well.

Rooms are very noisy you can easily hear people walking and talking thru the walls. We were a late check in and I’m assuming the neighboring room did not like this and proceeded to party. Shouting, and playing loud music and stomping around
