I am convinced that the family that owns this property either hates hospitality or just doesn’t care anymore probably a bit of both.
There’s a for sale sign on the property, which is an indication to me that they checked out a long time ago.
I’m gonna share with the meaning of hospitality is since they forgot.
Hospitality encompasses the relationship between a host and guest, characterized by generous and friendly treatment, often involving the reception and entertainment of guests in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
I attempted to check in at 3:15. I was told that I had to wait till 4 PM. I thought maybe it’s because my room wasn’t ready when I checked into my room I realize there were dead insects in my sink and my bathtub which indicates to me that I wasn’t waiting for the room to be cleaned. I was just waiting because someone wants to make people wait for no reason.
Two other guests tried to check in around the same time and since the lobby was locked, they had to wait outside in 100° heat shame on you. What a pathetic excuse for a hotel owner
I’ve stayed at many red roof ends in my life. I would’ve never considered it to be a bargain basement chain until the stay at this property. I cannot believe that it’s allowed to be called the Red Roof Inn.
The door to the room has been bent. You can see part of the outside of the door on the inside. There’s a big gap at the bottom of the door.

I was not allowed to go into my own room I was told that I didn't pay even though I paid to y'all site and charge $73 just to be able to get in my room

The rook is ok the area isn’t the greatest and a huge portion of the hotel is burned and my room was under the burned part so it felt kinda weird and wondered if safe

Booked 2 rooms for me and a friend, only to get there and find out that the place had a fire that morning and had 25 rooms out of order. They gave us new rooms, one of which was far from clean and the other was overheated to the point of the fridge welding itself shut and there were burn holes in the sheets. Absolutely terrible, glad I got a refund.
