Rooms had a bad smell made me sick, had to change rooms.
Couches were ruined, bathrooms were not clean. Says complementary breakfast but no breakfast only coffee and a granola bar was given. Not even juice or cereal was served for the kids.
Some staff gave attitude, when asking questions.

They gave my room away even though i purchased trip insurance. They replaced the room with smaller bed. The next day my key stopped working. They couldn't fix the key so my only option was to not leave the room until checkout. The room was disgusting. Not cleaned at all. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at.

The tv was on when we checked into room and could not be turned off because the remote was missing a battery. Took three trips down to front desk to get another working remote. The girl was very nice but it was terribly inconvenient. The telephone in the room didn't work either. Also no soap or paper towels in lobby bathroom. The kitchen in the room had NO supplies. Was not aware of this, no coffee maker, thats a big deal. Will not ever stay there again.

The lady at the desk tried to help us (she was very kind) after we arrived to our first room and it was filthy and without a sofa bed mattress. She gave us another room and the second room had a sofa mattress but it had a bloodied sheet on it. The entire building smells very badly. The rooms are not clean. We requested a refund and are staying somewhere else.
