My room was very clean. Staff wasn’t as friendly, it was only one person (front desk woman) accommodating my stay, everyone else barely spoke or greeted me. I love that they had free breakfast and it was a dining area but breakfast options were very limited or didn’t look appealing. They have a pool and fitness room I didn’t get to see until I was checking out but I will for sure book again to see the pool & fitness room. Overall stay 7/10

The staff member that checked us in was friendly, but warned to not fill the tub up very far for some reason.....but it didnt matter because we didn't even want to try and use the hot tub in the room, it looked dirty. The bottom of your shoes stuck to the floor when entering the room. The couch looked filthy and had the cushions on backwards. The little cup that holds the coffee on the coffee maker in the room was missing and we found it on the floor under a table....and left it there. Based on cleanthleness of the room we didn't dare try breakfast.

I'm not sure if the room we were put in was even supposed to be occupied. It was VERY dirty. The bathroom was so gross with an extremes rusty towel rack and mildew all over the tub area. There was dust all over the room along with stained and dirty lamp shades and bedding. Someone was very clearly smoking in the hotel because there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Overall this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays i have ever had. Would not recommend.

I was attending an event in the area the Baymont was close rooms were nice had microwave and small fridge also a safe. Room clean and area seemed safe.

We couldn't get the temperature control unit to turn on, so room was quite warm.
Our sink drain broke, so couldn't drain. And our bed sheets were stained.
That being said, we didn't tell the front desk about it until we were checking out, so not sure if they would have done anything about it. We didn't get to our room until late and were too tired to want to move rooms at that point.

When we first arrived, we were given a room on the 2nd floor. I found a luggage cart to load up only to realize there was no elevator! They changed us to a first floor room because my husband had shoulder surgery and was in a sling and couldn't help unload the luggage. After settling into our room, we found snack wrappers and garbage on the floor. The freezer was filthy and looked like a frozen brown soda exploded in it. Our room keys didn't work consistently and we had to get them reprogrammed several times - once after not being able to get into a side entrance and have to walk all the around to the front door. The manager on duty was unfriendly and rude Our bathtub had hair all over it. The whole place was run down and dirty! There was a dirty man who seemed to be living in a creepy van in the back parking lot. He was nosy and getting into everyone's business as though he was a security guard. I will NEVER stay at this hotel every again! Worst hotel stay ever!
