Poor service
The first problem was that even though I extended my stay on ********** and talked to the front desk about it, they still kicked me out of my room and told me my stuff was there illegally only to let me check back into the same room a few hours later. I had to leave work to come back and get my stuff. Then they cancelled my key card a day early because they were mistaken about my check out date. Also, the tub dripped constantly and the last day I was there, it wouldn’t turn on to the shower at all.

Room was not as advertised. It was missing the sofa bed. Outlets did not work in the bathroom. TV did not work and remote was missing. Took forever to let us in, despite calling twice. Place was very dirty and had bugs, including a roach. Entry reeked of skunk. We spent less than 30 mins there and demanded our money back. As we were leaving, a truck pulled up and a lady of the night left a car and got into the truck. Did not feel comfortable on the property, felt gross after dealing with the dirty floors and bugs. Attendant was friendly and tried to help - she was the only redeeming quality of the hotel.

The sofa bed provided was not usable. I informed the concierge and they knew about it. They didn't offer to replace it.
The formica on the kitchen countertop was peeling off. This was informed as well. No indication that something could be done.
We didn't try to use the kitchen at all. Refrigerator was working but exterior surface was rusted.
