We informed them that the TV in the room was broken and they charged us $550 for something we did not do. The staff was very rude. They were under renovation and we shoyld have known that. There hot tub was broken. The worst stay I have ever had!

The staff was amazing! Sinu was the friendly gal at the front desk. She always greated us and offered help!!! Amazing smile and the best customer service I've seen!

Stayed there twice on my way from Illinois to Denver Colorado. I travel there often and will continue to use nice convenient clean good service hotel all of the great price.

My go to in twin cities
A/C was weak...had to open window. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable room. Pool was well maintained. Second time at this hotel... will b back!

Had king suite. Very roomy. Air conditioning perfect. Quiet. Never heard any noises. Comfortable bed. Was on overnight stay on our trip, would've been great for a long weekend with this suite!

Had issues with our TV's, limited channels, front desk tried saying we broke the cable to the TV after we called trying to figure out why it wasn't working properly right after we got in our room. Overall experience was "Just Ok".
