DO NOT STAY This hotel has mold in it. My daughter and I have asthma and could not spend the night due to all the mold. It was setting off our asthma. Their is mold on the ceiling tiles it’s everywhere we took photos showed the front desk lady and they would not refund our money. We were in the room for less that 10 min and we were having troubles breathing we didn’t stay and had to get another hotel. This place was so disgusting. Ironing board had stains , ceiling stained with mold spots. The door had no chain or lock so we could not lock it. I took photos put it in an email and they still won’t refund me. Also when we got there I had to move the fed x boxes to get to the front desk to check in at that time I asked for a refund then and she said she could not do that for me at checking in. This place needs torn down. I was told they redone the hotel nope this place has major issues. It needs to be shut down. Health concerns all over this place.

Was refused to be given refund after abruptly leaving because my kids did not feel safe. Kids had been in vehicle for 13 hours and looked forward to the hotel but it was so dirty, smelt musty, pool had dirty sock laying around it, water bottle in the water, dirty sand/rock at the bottom. So we left, we contacted manager and they refused a refund. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

This property was completely unkept, overgrown weeds and no landscaping to be made inviting. The property felt unsafe to the back.

The pictures look nothing like the property. It has overgrown weeds taller than the building in the front and around the property. The room had crickets all over in it. I had to wear socks to walk around. It was dirty.

The location close to I-80 is idea.
The door into the room was warped and did not completely close. I was too tired to ask to move to another guest room and used to swinging U-hook to lock the door. The bathroom door was also warped and did not close completely. I turned both of these complaints into the registration desk when departing the next morning.

Everything was very good bed comfort, cleanliness, staff The only thing is the exterior grounds needs lots of work. First impressions are importabt. But everything interior was just fine for price.

This was the worst hotel that I have stayed in in the world. We checked in Sat 26 Jul 25 and out 28 Jul 2025. The common areas ( dinning area tables and floor, hallways and stair carpet) were not clean when we checked in and were not cleaned while we were there. Our room floor was so dirty that I would not walk on it barefooted, the bathroom door would not close and the blackout curtain was broken. The grounds and parking area had weeds, butts and trash all over. We will not be back. Roger Day

Had the employees not been so helpful during our incidents, we would have left for a different hotel.

The floor in our suite was so filthy my kids and toddlers socks were black within minutes of being at the hotel. The water in the pool was too cold, making it intolerable.
