The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom was small and tight but the water was hot and the pressure was perfect. We will definitely use Red Roof Inn again.

Shuttle didnt accommodate all who needed to be. Had to do a second run we were slightly late. It was free with voucher for naval graduation. But upon return after grad we had to pay for our sailor.No vending machine. (Atleast that we knew of couldnt find it)There was an ice machine but a vending machine with water/soda would have been nice to go with the ice! Staff helpful appropriate

The hotel was standard in appearance nothing special but was lacking amenities all you had was your hotel room no vending machines no pool no breakfast but my worst experience has spending so much money booking online to save money only to get there and told my card not working but when I swiped that same card for full price it worked just fine only to get to my room to find it infested with roaches

I was in the ER and literally called to see if I could cancel and get a refund as I had a heart attack and had proof that I was in the ER and not checking in. I said if no refund is allowed can I change the day to some other day or get a credit to use at the hotel. The customer service gentleman said that didn’t seem like an issue no worries on coming as I have two options and he could hear the beeping on the monitors. Then I got an email saying no. No refund and sorry. Nothing like let’s try to find a different day or here is a credit even. Poor service. I was in another day before being released and could have walked in with my medical records. They seemed to care on the phone but when they said had to review with management and would be getting back to tell me which way- the big fat no email was very disappointing. Terrible.
