Do not be deceived by the AI photos that represent this hotel. It is NOT what you will encounter. Bed bugs are an issue (I got ate up), room tiny and hot, breakfast they advertise is not a breakfast…just not a good experience at all. I understand the renovations, etc…but for them to have complaints and pretend that they don’t know the issues exist or you’re making them up is insulting. The staff are nice, but there is a passive aggressive tone when you bring up your concerns and it seems they look for an opportunity to keep the $50 deposit. I would never go here again or recommend to anyone else. Let’s just say if I had booked this and brought my children we would have just slept in the car.

I would NOT recommend this hotel. My daughter and I travel all over the south with our two dogs. We participate in dog sports and always need pet friendly hotels. We originally booked the Super 8 in Searcy, Ar. which according to their website states they are pet friendly. Upon arrival to the Super 8 with dogs and all luggage in tow, we were told they were in fact not pet friendly and we would have to cancel our reservation. Due to this last minute, unforeseen change in plans, we ended up at the Knights Inn. We booked a room online from the parking lot of the Super 8 and made are way to the new hotel. While checking in, we were told the deluxe room we reserved was unavailable to guests with pets and we would have to be booked into a regular room on the second floor where there is no elevator. No big deal, I can climb stairs. The room was $75 a night and the hotel is under major construction. Garbage is laying around outside, homeless folks hanging around in the parking lot, no hair dryer, holes in the walls, stains on the couch and floor. The website states continental breakfast and that is a lie. It is only coffee. We paid entirely too much for a hotel that is under construction and not exactly what I would call pet “friendly.” They allow pets, but they put you in a substandard room because you have pets. That’s not pet friendly. Wont stay there again!
