Bathroom toilet not working correctly. We managed adjusted ir so we could use it but not easily. Needed repairs by professional.

Door lock within door jam broken (gapping with no metal separation for lock) and the key mechanism had huge gap between it and door. It was obvious that someone had tried break in at one point. Towels are very dingy and poor quality as well as bedding. The other room, the door had a gap on top so bad that you had to lift the door in order to close and then “slam” it shut to close. 👎

Price was right, but you get what you pay for. There were dead bugs behind bathroom door. Nothing (Empty) vending machine. Washer out of order, no dryer. Breakfast room was closed at 8:45am. (Person on duty did open back up but had to wait for waffle makers to reheat) Dozens of bicycles parked along the front wall. Stains on carpet, wood on dresser chipped off.

My room was disgusting!!!!
Dirt everywhere, vents on heater bathroom wasn't clean at all!!! I didn't even stay there, I went and got a room at a different Motel. This place should not even be in business. I heard from people at other motel that Quality has bed bugs and bugs everywhere! I believe it!!

After I checked in, they told me they didn’t offer breakfast because the breakfast room was under construction. I paid for a hotel that offers breakfast. Not only wasn’t it under construction but they lied to me. The breakfast room was not under construction. Here’s the photos. I do not like being lied too.

酒店正在装修。工作人员不太专业，办理入住时还在打电话聊天。
事情是从我登记入住的时候开始的，前台接待员很不友好，一直让我和她的经理通电话。我告诉她我需要支付宠物费。他们不收现金，读卡器也坏了，所以她要了我的信用卡，然后拍了一张照片，说要发给她的经理。我让她删掉我和他在一起的照片，我们去别的地方。她删了照片，把房间钥匙递给我。开了很长时间的车，我们决定试一试。外面很糟糕，当我们进房间时，情况也好不到哪里去。床塌了，没有支撑，你得用力关上门才能关上，马桶冲不了水，几乎没有热水。要注意！
