Room wasn’t fully stocked, no bath soap, sheets were like paper thin and had holes in them. Room was very noisy, walls had no noise insulation, kept awake from noise.

It was a smooth process to check in. What was immediately obvious though was that the method used to engage the shower function in the bathtub had caused a lot of confusion. There were signs all over about how to pull the faucet ring down. Other than that, it was great!

The property is situated near Walmart and various restaurants. there is easy access to all areas of Searcy. It is an older property that could use some updates, both inside and out.

Great hotel - but watch for the flooding showers
A great hotel. HOWEVER -- if you get a room with just a shower, and not the bathtub/shower combo, beware that the shower water will absolutely go out under the shower door and soak the bathroom floor (the doors do NOT fit the stall well), so put a towel down inside the shower, or anything you have on the floor outside will get soaked.

酒店回复: I'm not sure where you stayed, but we have no shower "doors" on any of our showers. We only have 1 wheelchair roll-in shower, but it has a large shower curtain. Even our tub showers have shower curtains, and they do not leak, The room you stayed in when you were here was a tub/shower combo with a shower curtain.

One night stay and as usual it was a great experience. Clean, friendly and an adequate breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice staff at this hotel but keep in mind that the west-facing rooms are very noisy due to highway traffic.

The Hotel was nice and clean upon entry. Check in was easy and fast. When I got to my room, the only issue I had was the secondary door latch was not secured to the wall as well as it should be for safety. I was not as worried for my safety but Id say if my wife or kid was present then I'd want it to be secured. Other than that, the overall stay was great. No issues. Would gladly stay here again.

Smokey room
Our room in the hotel smell like cigarette smoke even though it is a non-smoking hotel and they did not offer a new room because they were booked.

Staff was welcoming. We found a Mexican Restaurant that was close to the hotel. Quiet room! Clean room and bathroom! Will stay again! Can't beat the price!
