The staff was unprofessional the next morning I can’t remember the clerk name but she was disrespectful and shouldn’t be qualified for the type of work she does

Disgusting
There was boogers on the wall. The carpet was filthy, and my daughters feet were black from running around the room barefoot! I was upset!

酒店回复: We inspected the room you stayed in. There were no boogers on the walls, and the carpet is less than a year old. Maybe you got the hotels confused? I'm not sure, but I could not find anything wrong with the room.

I have tried other places here, but here is where I stay when I pass through this area! Clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast is ok and the location is tucked back a little, but close to Walmart, Whataburger, Chik fil-A, Chili’s, McDonald’s, IHOP, just a short drive to a Waffle House, and oh come on it is good stay at a right price with plenty of quick grub to grab if you need it!

Room wasn’t fully stocked, no bath soap, sheets were like paper thin and had holes in them. Room was very noisy, walls had no noise insulation, kept awake from noise.

It was a smooth process to check in. What was immediately obvious though was that the method used to engage the shower function in the bathtub had caused a lot of confusion. There were signs all over about how to pull the faucet ring down. Other than that, it was great!

A bug within a web behind the toilet. The tub was clean but will need to be resurfaced. The individual who greeted us us always pleasant and welcoming.

The property is situated near Walmart and various restaurants. there is easy access to all areas of Searcy. It is an older property that could use some updates, both inside and out.
