Stayed there twice and each time I see roaches. The second time I stayed there I see a spider and a roach. Never again!!

Our bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The toilet barely flushed. The walls were paper thin.
We checked in around 10:30pm, finally got our 1 year old down for the night, woke up to an ear-splitting beeping sound that I assume was the fire alarm? But it went off for at least 10 minutes straight. We had moved into the hallway but there was only 1 other family in the hallway trying to figure out what was going on. Finally the “alarm” shut off and we tried to fall back asleep. About forty-five minutes later that “alarm” came back on for another minute before turning off again. No one explained what it was or if we had to evacuate. Made for a terrible first night.

The room SMELLED bad, bad, bad.
It was overpowering. We had to keep the door open just to stay in the room. It also appeared someone had poured the same smelly liquid into the heater. Air conditioning unit.
So you couldn't put the fan on to circulate the overpowering smell. Additionally, broken towel bar, dirty counters, dirty corners

The property was not well kept. It was noisy at 3:00am and My daughter and I did not feel very safe going during our stay. The room was somewhat clean but not well kept. Faucet would not stop running and the A/C did not work well. The employees were not very friendly, not rude, but not friendly. Overall it was not a great experience.

太糟糕的体验了!柜台后面那两个人,一个年纪大点的女士和一个年轻男士,简直太不专业了。他们坐在柜台后面,聊了五分钟人生和私事,还抱怨管理层,然后才跟我打招呼,居然叫我“先生”,我明明是女性!第一个房间打不开,然后他们就把我手里的钥匙拿走,带我去了第二个房间。感觉超级不舒服,很可疑。我根本就没入住那个房间,他们答应给我退款,结果只说退押金,但我押金也没收到!!我根本就没踏进酒店房间一步!!大家要小心啊!!!
服务非常差,接待员的服务更是如此,他粗鲁无礼,没有帮助我们,房间床单很难看,而且有污渍。
