This hotel look and smell more like a motel with a 32 inch tv. The microwave dont work and they only give you two towels when you book a double bed. When you call for room service and ask for more towels they make you come down to the front desk.

Not your regular baymont
First the tv didnt work and the front desk clerk took 25 minutes to come look at it because he was busy in the parking lot playing on a skateboard. I had to go out and ask him a 2nd time to come look at it. Next, the bed felt like we were sleeping on a slab of concrete. Lastly, i am 6'4 and the shower head is only 5'6 from the tub floor. I took a shower on my knees.

The room was fairly clean but not well-kept and smelled musty. The water pressure in the shower was OFF THE CHAIN, it felt like it was peeling my skin off!

太糟糕的体验了!柜台后面那两个人,一个年纪大点的女士和一个年轻男士,简直太不专业了。他们坐在柜台后面,聊了五分钟人生和私事,还抱怨管理层,然后才跟我打招呼,居然叫我“先生”,我明明是女性!第一个房间打不开,然后他们就把我手里的钥匙拿走,带我去了第二个房间。感觉超级不舒服,很可疑。我根本就没入住那个房间,他们答应给我退款,结果只说退押金,但我押金也没收到!!我根本就没踏进酒店房间一步!!大家要小心啊!!!
服务非常差,接待员的服务更是如此,他粗鲁无礼,没有帮助我们,房间床单很难看,而且有污渍。
