My a/c in my room was broken the bottons on it was broken could not control the temperature or the heat i was in room 127 first floor

First of all roaches everywhere. Second of all I'm handicapped. This hotel said that there was an elevator that didn't exist stuck on the third floor And having somebody bang on my door at 11:00 every single day. One time having one of the maintenance guys bow up on me like he was going to start. Trying to fight me telling me you need to pay now or get out I had already paid there were a couple nice ladies at the desk is the only thing that can be said for this place. There wasn't even a trash can in the room. The microwave was covered with rust and all kinds of nastiness I wore house slippers inside and they became coated with disgusting Black stuff at the point where I had to throw them out the bed was broken and now my back is messed up because of it The door didn't even close all the way you could see outside when it was blocked because it was bent like somebody had kicked it in a bunch of times as much as I was harassed about paying for the day, the amount that I paid should have been way lower

The atomsphere of the place is unlike anything I have ever dealt with. You have random people knocking at your door trying to push your door. One guy followed my wife and kids around the hotel in his car trying to see what room they were in. The rooms are super small to be a studio 6. Cable didn't work. Room was non smoking but smelled as if someone smoked 30 packs a day. The battery on the lock died so a crow bar and screwdriver was used to open the door. Kids and adults running around the floors until late hours. Management seems ok but they don't tell you the hotel isn't family friendly.

Only complaint I would have is the elevators don't work and it's a lot bringing up heavy things.

1st room smelled like mold, 2nd room had Roaches, no towels, no remote will never go back there

Check-in was ok.. Had trouble finding the room. Me and my kids finally find the room enter to a roach on the bed. Freezer dirty outside of freezer door busted open, inside fridge dirty crumbs everywhere, tub ran from dirt not being cleaned out, dirty rags under sink in “kitchen”,
