Easily in the top 3 worst places I have stayed
Pillow had stains or something on the pillow case. There were flys flying around when we went in. I started looking where they were at and found doritos under the edge of the bed and an opened candy bar. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Walls were so thin you could hear every conversation. Air conditioner wasn't pushing any cold air.

Room was adequate and clean. Refrigerator and microwave worked well. No cleaning during a 5-night stay but front desk supplied extra towels and shampoo. Good value for the price.

The room was very small and it wasn’t the cleanest. Especially on the side of the bathtub as it had dirt in it. The room seemed to smell of smoke as well

Staff is very rude and have no manners. If your a few minutes late after check out they try and jus barge in the room no matter what you are doing and if you have the door locked they threaten you with kicking in the door

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarettes. The changed our room with no hassle. We had an "accessible" room that was somewhat accessible. There were grab bars in the bathroom and a seat in the tub, but the hand-held shower head was mounted almost at the ceiling. If someone was seated there's no way they could reach it. The sink was very high too ... Chest height. I didn't realize when I booked the room it was a residential motel offered for weekly rates. Had I been traveling alone, I would not have felt safe. (Tried adding photos, but couldn't)

Was offered illegal substances by other hotel guests walking around at all hours of the night. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The room just had a strange odor too it(moldy smell). And hotel definitely needs their furniture updated.

非吸烟房间有烟味
