Plus by the time you got the call you were already checked out so yes we couldn’t transfer the call to checked out room so I am not sure where you wanted to transfer the call? Seems like you might have some sort of issues of yourself that you need to be checked.

酒店回复: Dear Guest,I apologize you felt our hotel was terrible. But if you would have pointed it out during your stay we could have switched you to different room. Plus you seem to not know the difference between tile and ceiling so I am going to leave our readers to do the judgment on this review as that’s literally sky and land different as clearly you have no idea what you are talking about. We take pride in our cleanliness and condition. I hope you have good holidays!

浴室水槽和浴缸排水都非常慢,导致积水,咖啡壶在浴室里,淋浴时没有风扇来降温。早餐选择很少:鸡蛋饼、香肠饼、华夫饼、吐司、2 种麦片、速溶燕麦片、1 种口味的酸奶和汤……
