The spa didnt work..but the staff was very helpful let us check in early. The cleanliness was great. Enjoyed my stay immensely

The stay was OK but not great.
- we were put in a handicap room that was not requested.
- the walk in shower leaked onto the bathroom floor badly
- killed two lizzards the first morning
- had to fix the toilet tank multiple time to get it to quit running and so it would flush again
- the bathroom door would not latch

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast service was great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back

Well maintained hotel. Room was awesome ! Had a king bed with sectional double pullout sofa bed. Very spacious. Breakfast was pretty standard with several warm options. Loved the spacious lobby. Would stay again if price was right!

Poor customer service
The staff were always outside smoking and not inside helping customers. They don’t ask for an ID to prove who was checking in either.
我不喜欢酒店正在施工，游泳池关闭，其他设施也受到影响，而且在预订过程中没有告知。酒店和 Orbitz 之间应该及时将这些信息告知我，以便我决定是入住还是预订其他酒店。由于游泳池关闭，住宿费用应该会降低，而我们在入住前并不知道这一点。
我第一次入住并走进房间时，发现地板上有两袋垃圾衣服。我不得不下楼告诉前台，她会上去看看。我告诉她我真的很累，刚开了 12 个小时的车，我不在乎我住在哪个房间，只想睡觉。所以她给了我另一个房间。走进房间，它太脏了。我感觉好像要被传染了。不会再住在这里了。
广告上说有欧陆式早餐，但只有咖啡，没有搅拌用的东西！所有楼层的制冰机都坏了！真的很失望！
工作人员非常友好和善。房间干净，浴室舒适，早餐也不错
