Check in was backed up due to new software system & only 1 employee working the desk. Got to our room and was hanging a shirt on the clothing rack mounted to the wall when it suddenly came crashing down on my arm. The only response from management was they were sorry. We had nowhere to hang any clothing. The thermostat was hard to work & the unit switched back & forth from heat to air conditioning with no rhyme or reason. The refrigerator made a loud noise which we had to drown out with white noise so we could sleep. Also there were only 2 electrical outlets & both were next to each other by one nightstand. Nothing by the other nightstand and the other outlets in the room had appliances plugged in & weren’t accessible. The toilet was so low it belonged in an elementary school bathroom. On the positive side the mattress was comfortable and the location was convenient/within a short walking distance to the First Summit Arena. We will not be returning to Red Roof anytime soon.

Easy walk to Summit Arena and downtown. Facilities and room seemed clean and well maintained. Overall, a good value and comfortable stay.

During the daytime, there was ample parking. On Saturday night, the parking was limited.

床很舒服,床单也很柔软,但对我来说枕头太厚太硬了。房间以前翻新过,但很脏,而且有股烟味。我在床头柜后面的架子上发现了一个装水的塑料杯,里面还塞着用过的香烟。真恶心。客房服务明显不足。有些员工很友好,有些则漠不关心。
