All staff are very nice and Hospitality especially the lady service in dining room, and also close to the AF base or shopping. I recommend this place to anyone if you need to close to your airmen when you want to go to visit them like I did

The bathroom was not cleaned after last guest, sink had stuck on food and old soap bars were still lingering in shower and shower looked very dirty. Also room at the end of the hall next to stairs kept me up all night with people coming and going on the weeknight.

The staff was kind and professional. I had to wait over 10 min for someone to show up before I could check in.

The first room we got was not the correct room. It was supposed to be two queen beds with a sleeper sofa and they put us in a room with only two queen beds and a chair. They switched our room to the correct room but the sleeper sofa smelled of urine and had what looked to be blood stains on it. We stay in hotels 10 to 15 times a year with our kids sports and family vacations. This has got to be one of the worst ones that we have stayed in in a long time.

Stay somewhere else. Was woken abruptly at 2:15 AM by a tall man continuously knocking loudly on my door. How was this man, NOT a guest, able to get into the hotel at that time of night? I called the front desk asking for assistance. Soon, he was gone, but then I got a call back (at 2:25 AM) by the front desk, letting me know that, "Yes, he was acting weird. He was not a guest and we asked him to leave. If he comes back, we're calling the cops." This was alarming to me, and I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. By 7 AM, I tried to shower to help me wake up, and to my disappointment, there was no hot water. At this point, I knew I didn't have time to request a new room, as I had to arrive to my job by 8:15 AM. I stayed here for work. Older facility, but clean. All I needed was a safe place to sleep and shower. I got limited sleep, did not have the assurances that I was safe, and I had no shower. The worst part? The management refused a refund. A refund holds the management accountable for terrible stays, such as this. They claim that no other guest was having hot water issues. So instead of apologizing and helping me, they chose to argue with me, as a paying customer and refused to admit that this was not acceptable service in a hotel stay. This was a bad situation and could have easily been fixed. Instead, pride on the part of the management led to this review. I strongly encourage you to shop for a different hotel.
