Room had not been cleaned . Arrived at midnight to check in and had to wait in our car for an hour until someone came and cleaned

The stay was what we needed as far as a hotel stay goes. It appeared that someone had been in our room while we were out for the day but nothing was cleaned only a couple things moved and some towels changed out but not all of the towels. The humidity was very high in the room so much so that when we got home all of our clothes felt wet.

The room was fine. The problem is that we showed up at 4 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6:15 pm. Incredibly annoying and unprofessional.

Front desk was friendly but told us they had overbooked and could only give us 1 of our 2 rooms. Tub had hair in the bottom of the tub. Our party had to split up between 2 hotels.

Needs major cleaning
There was mold in our first room on bathroom ceiling and then sofa bed in second room had major urine looking stains.

Very nice. No problems except that we couldn’t sleep because of the people upstairs walking around all night. That wasn’t their fault and we will be back again.
