WARNING: The cancellation policy, even with a refundable booking, states that late arrivals will have their booking cancelled (all nights) and no refund will be given unless you contact them before 9 pm. What they don't tell you is that it is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. We booked two nights at the refundable rate. We were running late and tried to call. After several attempts, I finally got through only to be told to call back in 15 minutes. After 15 minute I started trying to call back several times. No one answered. I called the corporate office. They said they could not get through either. I inquired about staying the second night and was told that the hotel's policy is to cancel they entire booking with no refund whatsoever. Ultimately I lost the money for the entire reservation (not just one night). I'm just glad I didn't book a longer stay.

If I could rate this place with a big fat zero I would. It is by far the seediest Red Roofs I’ve stayed at and with dogs I transport from one of the county to another, I’ve stayed at a few. Tile coming up off the floor, mold and water stains in ceiling, long strips of paint peeling off the ceiling over a tub-shower that too has seen better days. Toilet visibly filthy, entrance door does not close all the way. How do they remain in business? How do they pass inspection?

The room felt neglected. The door looked like it had been damaged. Paint was pealing in several places. It did not seem very clean. Kind of depressing, actually. Area was sketchy.

I can't believe how rude and condescending Victor was to me and my friend. He talked over me, obsessed over what I didn't do correctly in booking the stay and even hung up on me. I tried to be courteous but he really did not give me a chance to speak. I will never recommend this location.

Credit to this property for the very clean rooms. I was disappointed with no breakfast available. In this day this should be standard with all properties. Overall not a bad stay.

There were some spots on the walls and ceiling that you can tell the hotel has been working in the room, over-all its a nice place to rest your head.

Hairdryer was broke. Air conditioner made extremely loud noises. Dirt and hair around the bottom of the toilet no tissues in the room no coffee maker. Definitely not worth $95 a night.
