Housekeepers did not clean the room very well there was hair everywhere on the cooktop and in the bathroom. The bed was made but once again hair. I know they seen it. The floor was dirty. I should not have to come and reclean just to be comfortable.

Room was ok but no room service. Went to the front desk for clean towels and you have to pay for clean towels. You have to pay for local calls but i use my cell phone then they tried to charge me for a local call i didn't make. Online it say they had a pool and breakfast that was a lie

I was not at all satisfied with this stay. This hotel needs to be updated immediately. This was the first hotel that did not have charging capacity on the lamps or anything in the room for cell phones. The refrigerator will not clean and I would not put anything in it. I got up at 3 o’clock to charge my phone in my car and when I return my key card did not work. I had to call a man on car and was waiting in side there at the door for 20 minutes for someone to arrive. when I return to my room after he gave me two new cars, one of them did not work which made me weary of leaving again Nicole the lady at the service desk did respond to my opinion by offering me a refund of $40 so this was not my intention for complaining he did show a good gesture of service
I most likely will not stay at this facility again in the future

They didn't have breakfast like it said on the internet. No coffee maker in the rooms and none in the lobby, no ice machine. The room had a phone that didn't work, there was a big water puddle and a broken light fixture upon opening the door. We left at 7am and the front desk was closed. I will never stay at one again.

Over priced for what you get
Over priced is the main issue. It’s a clean hotel for the most part didn’t like the smell in the room. $400 for 3 nights isn’t too high for a hotel like this. Friendly front desk staff member. But will definitely not be returning.

Sketchy!
Just a quick night to catch an early flight. I had expectations based upon other extended stays. This place is sketchy! The clientele was questionable. The room is VERY outdated and the furniture extremely worn! The cleaning was iffy - using bleach would help. We would never recommend. Obviously, get what you pay for here.

We did not stay at the hotel because of a change in plans at the last minute. Requested a cancellation through ******* but was told it was too late. Sudden emergencies should not stop someone from cancelling a room and allowing the hotel to be double paid for the room. Also, not happy with the virtual assistant who was absolutely no help on the ******* website.
