The front desk could not find the reservation and they were very unaccomodating to my circumstances. Ended up not staying at the hotel at all.

Musty smell in room very strong in bathroom. Noise from highway but that is my fault for selecting a place right off 95. Overall was acceptable for a one night pit stop.

RELEASE THE HOLDS
I was charged 2 holds on my debit card which put me in the negative with my bank so that's great ...and now I still have $170 worth of holds on my card and that's been since 5:30 this morning....I booked 1 room and 1 room only with 2 dogs ....and then this happened. I booked a week ago and it went fine but not this time. I know the $70 fee comes out of the $100 for the dogs but I shouldn't be charged or have a hold put on for $170....the $70 comes out of the 1 $100 hold ....

I'll definitely be staying again
I made a mistake, because I get really nervous booking things, and thought that all rooms were pet friendly but the man at the desk said "no problem" when I told him the issue and he fixed it immediately and didn't cause me any issue. The lady at the desk that checked us out was so sweet and nice. I will definitely be booking here again on our way back through

Property was dirty. Towels were dirty. Shower head was broken. Toilet tank lid was broke. Smelled horrible in the room. Beds were hard. AC didnt work well. Front desk attendant was never at the desk. The pool was horribly dirty.
