床又旧又塌。水压很大，但洗澡时浴缸里总是塞满水。为什么没有步入式淋浴间？浴室通风口总是发出啪啪的响声。空调有霉味。大堂一点儿也不清新。电视总是坏。有人在前面抽烟。这个地方似乎总是吸引着你不想看到的东西。度假时，你总是期待干净整洁，但这里却不是。真是浪费金钱、时间，也浪费了整体的幸福感。

Staff was so Friendly and courteous. Hotel was Super Clean and everything looked brand new!!!

Such a pleasant experience, would Highly recommend this Hotel!!!

The stay was very nice with only a few minor flaws. We liked the outdoor sitting area to have beers and watch the sunset, but the fire pit was broken. We had a leaky AC and a noisy bathroom fan, but those were minor. Construction next door, but no real issue. Very nice stay but I have to say.....The drivers in Hot Springs ARE CRAZY DANGEROUS!!!

Nice, clean hotel convenient to lots of restaurants. It is being renovated and it’s next to a construction site; however, I barely noticed. My room was quiet and comfortable. It was a very relaxing stay!
